The Honking Goose

something to honk about

enough already about the emails

envelope with at sign for email

I, for one, don’t care about the emails. Get over it already. If the mainstream media thinks that is why third party voters refuse to compromise and vote for the lesser of two evils, well then mainstream media has their heads pretty far up their own asses.

How about the fact that Democrats (yeah you Obama) are taking a “wait and see” position on #noDAPL or the fact that polar bears are starving, our oceans are depleted of fish, thousands of species are going extinct never to be seen again, our grandchildren’s water is being poisoned, our food is being poisoned, our politicians can be bought and sold, our children’s future can be bought and sold, there is too many people and yet we all feel lonely and isolated. Earth First, No Fucking Compromise.

The e-mails are important because they offer proof to Dem voters that Hillary and company are a bunch of corrupt people.

The Democrats and the Republicans (at least those in higher positions) are all a bunch of corrupt people. Yet they still get a majority of voters votes. Who can explain it? I guess voters are not dissuaded much by corruption. I think you already know that I don’t support either party.

The only explanation I can come up with is that the USA is in a state of moral decay. Corruption seems to be okay and accepted as a part of a politicians job description.

I can’t think of a time when the USA was in a state of upstanding morals. The original settlers committed genocide against the original inhabitants of this land. Then there was slavery. Then constant-growth economy built around heavy resource extraction. And now we have rampant hypocrisy and the ‘sins’ of over-consumption.

Not that any of the other powerful nations of the world are doing any better.

You are right, but that shouldn’t keep us from wanting morally upright politicians and citizens.

I’m 3000% done with the emails and 10000% ready to see politicians address the issues you bring up.
